The important stuff.
Full service terms and liability agreements are completed in Time To Pet. This page is the quick-reference version of the day-to-day expectations clients should know before requesting care.
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit holds future dates. Full payment is due before care begins, while short-notice and single-day requests are paid at booking. Card processing fees may apply, and emergency purchases must be funded in advance.
Cancellations & Changes
Schedule changes should be submitted through Time To Pet. Cancellations do not automatically create a refund, and unused time, early returns, or late arrivals are not refundable. Credits are handled case by case.
Boarding Exchanges
Boarding drop-off and pickup are appointment-only and take place at the front door. Clients do not enter the residence. The address is shared after times are confirmed so the home stays calm, private, and secure.
Behavior & Safety
Aggressive or unsafe pets cannot be accepted. Behavior history must be disclosed honestly, and pets must be safely manageable. If a pet becomes unsafe, an emergency pickup or service termination may be required.
Veterinary Emergencies
Clients remain responsible for veterinary expenses and must provide a reliable emergency contact. Keeping a payment method on file with your veterinarian is recommended. Emergency transport or extended-care fees may apply.
Home Access
Provide a dependable lockbox or approved access method plus accurate entry instructions. A visit missed because the sitter cannot access the home is not refundable.

Care instructions, scheduling, and service changes should be kept in Time To Pet whenever possible so there is a clear written record. Visit times may fall within service windows.
Privacy & Security
Security cameras may be used in the home-based boarding environment. Client information is kept private, and pet photos may be used for business content without exposing personal client details.
Family, resident pets, and guests all share the same priority: safety.
Raven’s K9 to 5 is family-operated. On rare occasions childcare needs may affect certain services; when relevant, that is communicated with the client in advance and managed around pet safety and comfort.
